Bio
Eric Haines graduated from Cornell’s Program of Computer Graphics under Don Greenberg in 1985. He co-authored the books An Introduction to Ray Tracing and Real-Time Rendering, and co-edited Ray Tracing Gems. He helped found the open-access Journal of Computer Graphics Techniques. He has worked at 3D/EYE Inc. and Autodesk, and currently works at NVIDIA on ray-tracing and other techniques.
