Bio:

  • SIGGRAPH 1999

    Carl Frederick came to Industrial Light and Magic in 1990 to develop software for Terminator 2: Judgment Day. Since then, he has been a key player with the ongoing series of computer graphics breakthroughs achieved by the company, including the development of the groundbreaking imagery in Jumanji. Carl holds a BS. in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin, and a MS. from Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at New York University.
