SIGGRAPH 1996

David Johnson is the president of TiNi, a company he founded in 1987. He previously worked at Lawrence Berkeley Labs, researching the 3D detection of the results of high energy particle physics. David’s expertise at TiNi has been in the area of shape memory in metal alloys. He has applied it to a variety of areas, including a Braille keyboard and feedback systems for fighter pilots.
