Pride Advocacy is a relatively new concept for VFX, Games, VR & VP. A pride advocate offers support and advocacy to LGBTIA+ employees to help them navigate challenges unique to gender, sexuality and transition in the workplace. We explore the why and the how in this presentation through first person narrative.
