Bio:
Daniel Temkin is an artist and writer. His work examines the clash between systemic logic and human irrationality. He has exhibited at Higher Pictures Generation, ZKM, the Thoma Foundation Art House, The Glucksman, Vancouver Art Gallery, and Dumbo Arts Fest (where his work was projected on the Manhattan Bridge). His work has been a critic’s pick for Art News, the New York Times, and the Boston Globe. His writing on code art and programming languages as an art form has been published in Hyperallergic, Leonardo, and World Picture Journal. His blog esoteric.codes was the 2014 recipient of the ArtsWriters.org grant.
