Bio:

  • SIGGRAPH 1997

    John A. Carlson is Vice President and Chief Colonist at Monaco Video. He has eight years of experience as a film timer and twelve years as a film tape colonist. He was the color timer for Pixar’s Toy Story. He is a Fellow of the SMPTE and teaches post production for the San Francisco State & Academy of Art.
