Beverly J. Wood, of BJWOOD Consultant, LLC retired from motion picture post-production of Los Angeles in 2015. Beverly worked for 35 years in the film business, including working for KODAK, spending her last 23 years at DELUXE ENTERTAINMENT. Beverly has an BS in Chemistry and a MS in Analytical Chemistry and put that knowledge to work , creating “looks” for cinematographers, first in film prints, Se7en (1995) and The Man Who Wasn’t There (2001), and then many titles later, in the digital intermediate for films like Argo (2012) and Selma (2014), and Creed (2015). Beverly’s last job with Deluxe was as the EVP and Managing Director of EFILM, a digital lab. Beverly has been a member of the Academy since 2009 and the Science and Technology Council and an Associate Member of the American Society of Cinematographers since 2001.
