Abstract:

We propose an acceleration scheme for solving the unsteady Stokes problem via incompressible polynomial vector fields. Our reduced model is able to reproduce the same fluid phenomena as a full Stokes simulation at smaller computational cost. We verify that our method incurs no perceptual errors via a crowdsourced user survey.
