The forest sequence demonstrates a new technique for ray tracing scenes with complex models and contains over 110,000 primitives. The deformations sequence illustrates a new algorithm to ray trace models with generalized bent and twisted surfaces.
Forest sequence: IBM 3081,4341, 4381. Deformations sequence: Amdahl 5860 running Unix System 5.2, Amdahl 1200 Vector Processor.
