Bio

Vicki is a game industry veteran and technology leader with over 18 years of game development experience on a wide range of games and platforms. She has led engineering teams of all sizes, from 2 person R&D departments to 40+ engineers across multiple disciplines and locations on AAA productions.

She has refined her technical expertise and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies throughout her career, shipping several AAA launch titles on new and cutting edge hardware, on franchises like Far Cry, Assassin’s Creed, Fight Night, and FIFA.

Vicki’s proven track record from conception to post launch includes building and managing large engineering teams across multiple locations, overseeing technical planning, gaining alignment and driving execution, making hard decisions about what gets cut or postponed, and managing risk.

As an experienced leader, Vicki’s goal is to create a culture where her team feels happy, challenged, fulfilled and appreciated.
