Ardeshir Goshtasby
Bio:
SIGGRAPH 1999
Ardeshir Goshtasby is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Wright State University. He has published more than 50 scientific papers in computer vision, computer graphics, and geometric modeling, and his current research interests are in volume image registration and analysis, and design of free-form curves, surfaces, and volumes. He was a recent guest editor of the Special Issue of Pattern Recognition on Image Registration. He has a B.E. degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Tokyo, an M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky, and a Ph.D. degree also in Computer Science from Michigan State University. Dr. Goshtasby is a Senior Member of the IEEE.
