Abstract:

We present a new user interface for the virtual sculpting system. In our system, the user operates a chisel with a pressure sensitive pen to carve a workpiece in the virtual space. The user can control the depth of carving and the angle of the virtual chisel to the surface of the workpiece dynamically like the real wood carving.
