    Who should attend?

    This course is for people with a good understanding of computer graphics concepts who are interested in theoretical and practical computer animation and computer-assisted animation systems.

    Recommended background

    A good understanding of the fundamental concepts of two and three-dimensional computer graphics, including raster graphics, is required.

    Course description

    This course will be a structured introduction to the theoretical and practical aspects of computer animation and computer-assisted animation. Both two and three dimensional animation will be discussed. This course will not be an introduction to computer graphics, but rather will present the aspects of computer animation assuming those attending understand fundamental computer graphics concepts.
