This talk will explore how the team at Wētā FX constructed their largest ever spaceship model in the epic final installment of the Guardians series. Tackling a model of this size required an unusual approach, so this talk will cover the new pipeline and how approaching the build in a highly art-directable manner enabled detailed sub-environments for staging all the story beats.
