Abstract:

While developing Shapelab, a VR 3D sculpting application with the mission to provide professional artists with an intuitive and entertaining way of 3D design, our team discovered another audience looking to adopt 3D skills. Our work presents insights about how VR could lower the barrier of entry for these non-professionals.
