Abstract:

Our laboratory is concerned with computer-aided acquisition and analysis of cardiac electrophysiological data acquired in real-time from the heart and/or body surface at rates up to 40,000 samples/second for up to 20 seconds. The data are displayed as wave forms and inspected by the investigator who may change the display interactively by means of manipulation actions. This paper describes the system used to display and manipulate cardiac electrical wave forms.
