    RGBW and LED panels as a lighting source

Presenter(s):

Description:

    “This panel delves into the intricacies of LED panel design and control, exploring the challenges posed by using panels as a source of illumination, where the spectral output of RGB results in colour shifts and unnatural-looking skin tones. Experts in the field will shed light on a solution: incorporating additional LED emitters into each pixel.

    While this improves the overall outcome, it increases the complexity of per-pixel calibration and maintaining colour accuracy. It also represents an advancement in colour-rendering accuracy, improving the integration of real and virtual spaces when blending foreground and background elements.”
