The ACM SIGGRAPH Education Committee has begun hosting a new series of virtual symposiums to bring together educators and industry professionals to share and discuss their innovations, research and experiences in the study and application of computer graphics and interactive techniques in academic settings. Designed to be an accessible, relaxed and dynamic exchange of ideas, the Symposium On Innovation, Research and Experiences in Education (SOIREE), is planned as a biannual, virtual event to complement and extend education related activities at ACM SIGGRAPH’s major in-person conferences.
