Description:


    This film was produced by a ray tracing program which models diffuse and specular reflection and refraction for transparent objects. The “glass” dove in the sequence is made up of 1,608 polygons. The images contain a number of spheres. Calculations were done on a Cray Computer with an average time of 44 sec/frame. Images were plotted on an 111 FR80.
