The rapid evolution of Khronos technologies poses unique challenges when it comes to providing training on the latest versions and assessing the expertise of software and hardware engineers and students.
During this session, representatives from Khronos, academia, and industry discuss current collaborations and initiatives to address these challenges, and how this will affect employers and training institutions.
• Erik Noreke, Khronos VP of Business Development, discusses the progress of the Khronos Khronos Initiative for Training and Education (KITE), a global initiative in partnership with leading educational institutions.
• Guest speakers from industry and academia share their current and planned collaborations with Khronos to create industry-recognized training and skills-assessment programs.
• Attendees are encouraged to actively contribute to the discussions by sharing their needs and experiences, and to get involved in development of these new initiatives.
