Title:

    Baked crepe texture generation

Abstract:

We have built a simple model for crepe texture without fluid simulation.Crepe, bread and other porous foods have a surface geometry made of many kinds of shapes; scanning natural food is hard to obtain good results. In a lot of cases, porous foods are made from semisolid, requiring complex fluid simulation in order to be generated. Thus, using these basic thoughts, we built a simple model for semi-automatic crepe texture generation, allowing a user to get a crepe texture by inputting some parameters in the method. Our model allows the generation of many different kinds of crepe texture, for example: with many tiny holes, with variable big holes.
