Naoki Hashimoto is currently a professor at the Graduate School of Informatics and Engineering, the University of Electro-Communications. He received a Doctor of Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2001. His research interests include virtual reality, image projection techniques, spatial augmented reality, interactive media techniques and human-machine interface. He is a member of ACM SIGGRAPH, the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers, the Virtual Reality Society of Japan, and the Institute of Image Information and Television Engineers.
