Arun Somasundaram is the Character Effects Technical Supervisor at DreamWorks Animation where he develops tools for fur, hair, cloth, feathers, skin, environments, and finaling. He loves to push CFX’s boundaries. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Computer Science and Engineering and was a Research Fellow at The Advanced Computing Center for Arts and Design at The Ohio State University. His film credits include The Incredibles, Tangled, Trolls 1, 2, and 3, Bilby, How to Train Your Dragon 2 and 3, Abominable, Croods-2, Boss Baby-2, Puss in Boots 1 and 2, The Bad Guys, Kung Fu Panda-4, and The Wild Robot.
