    SIGGRAPH 2020

    With over 20 years of experience in developing and maintaining royalty-free ISO standards for web-based 3D graphics, Web3D Consortium’s standard X3D (Extensible 3D) is a sucessor of VRML, a hub for 3D applications. X3D is open, royalty free, ISO ratified, extensible, interoperable, and runs on all platforms including desktops, tablets, and phones. Web3D Consortium is an International, non-profit, member-funded, industry standards development organization.     A 3D graphics trade association to develop and promote the ISO X3D specifications for web-based 3D graphics for interchange, presentation, and interactivity.

    SIGGRAPH 2007

    The 30 graphics trade association that develops and promotes the ISO X3D specifications for web-based 30 graphics for interchange, presentation, and interactivity.

    SIGGRAPH 2006

    The X3D ISO standard defines a royalty-free runtime system and delivery mechanism for real-time 3D content and applications running on a network.

    SIGGRAPH 2003

    We have developed open 3D graphics internet standards such as VRML97 and X3D. CAD and Java- Rendering Standards Groups are active. A medical group is planned.

    SIGGRAPH 2002

    The Web3D Consortium is a non-profit association of companies, academic institutions and private individuals dedicated to the development of Open Standards for 3D Graphics on the Internet. The Web3D pavilion will feature several of its company members with their latest products, including Parallel Graphics, Nexternet/i2soft, Open Worlds, Hi Corporation and Vcom3D, and include a focus on the new X3D format. It will also present a schedule of showings of the 3D work of individual members.

    SIGGRAPH 2001

    The Web3D Consortium is a non-profit organization with a mandate to develop and promote open standards to enable 3D Web and broadcast applications.
