Lisa Sobierajski

Lisa Sobierajski is a Graphics Scientist in the Electronic Systems Laboratory at General Electrics Corporate Research and Development Center in Schenectady, New York, where she is currently working on algorithms for scientific visualization and volume rendering. Her other research interests include the accurate rendering of volumetric data within global illumination models, and the development of visualization systems. She received her B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, in 1989, 1990, and 1994, respectively.
