Damon has been at DreamWorks Animation for over 22 years as an artist and supervisor. As Head of Character Effects, he has worked on movies such as Megamind, Mr. Peabody and Sherman, Trolls, Abominable, Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, and The Wild Robot. Before joining DreamWorks, he spent 4 years at Alias|Wavefront in their Tech Support/Training department starting before Maya officially released.
