    SIGGRAPH 1996

    QFX for Windows, Windows 95, and Windows NT combines painting, drawing, digital darkroom controls, special effects, and image composing in a single 32-bit multi-threaded image-editing program available for Intel, NEC MIPS, and DEC Alpha platforms. QFX supports multi-processor systems and Windows fonts, plug-ins, and devices, and features memory-free layering, warping and shading, and programmable macro function.

    SIGGRAPH 1994

    QFX image editing software offers both paint and draw capabilities in addition to Bitmap Objects, a built-in image composer. New features include Warping and Shading, Command Queueing, and extended file format support, including PhotoCD. QFX supports most SuperVGA, TIGA, and Truevision graphics adapters. Available for DOS and Windows or Windows NT operating systems.

    SIGGRAPH 1993

    HiRes QFX is an image-editing and special effects program for PC-based graphics systems. It allows editing of multiple high-resolution images and includes custom brushes, a dodge and burn tool, simplified masking and image composition, and the ability to manipulate bitmaps as objects. HiRes QFX supports the Truevision line of graphics adapters, as well as TIGA and Super VGA boards.

    HiRes QFX 3.0 imaging software operates in true 32-bit protect mode accessing four gigabytes of memory, and features a redesigned menu system, multiple windows, ramps and spreads of variable transparency, and Draw Mode, including line, oval, rectangle, Bezier curves, and scalable type. HiRes QFX supports the Truevision line of graphics adapters for the PC.

    Ron Scott’s HiRes QFX image processing, editing, and special effects software processes hi-res image files on PCs with Truevision graphics adapters and includes glow, filter, and shadow functions; editable area selection tool; pressure-sensitive brushes; scaling/rotation tools; tiling capabilities; compositing functions; brightness, contrast, and color controls; and function queueing capability.

    The QPR Matrix/Solitaire film recorder driver makes high-resolution slides look sharper, better defined. QFX and Hi-Res QFX image processing/special effects packages can sharpen images; adjust contrast, brightness, color; and add special effects to any size TGA images. QLIC prints any size TGA image files to HP LaserJet and compatibles.

    Quick picture recorder matrix film recorder driver, with Sharpzoom, makes high-resolution slides look sharper and better defined. QFX is an image processing and special effects package that can sharpen images, adjust contrast, brightness and color, and can add a variety of special effects to images. QLIC prints Targa images of any size directly to a Laserjet or compatible printer.

    Software supporting Truevision™, PictureMaker™ and Matrix products. Quick Picture Recorder drives Matrix film recorders. Qlltilities™ manipulates hi-resolution images and supports PictureMaker™ images with a TARGA board. Qonvert™ converts popular image file formats, SQALE™ shrinks or expands any size image up to 8K. QFX™ adds glow, emboss, shadow, filter and hi-con effects to images.

    SIGGRAPH 1987

    Ron Scott, Inc., features software supporting Cubicomp’s PictureMaker,™ AT&T TARGA boards (including VISTA™) and Matrix cameras. The QUtilities™ let PictureMaker™ images be displayed on TARGA boards and imports TARGA images into PictureMaker.™ The Quick Picture Recorder sends a variety of image formats to Matrix QCR/PCR cameras at high speeds and transmits images directly from TARGA boards at high resolution.
