    SIGGRAPH 2002

Minolta will introduce a new high-resolution 3-d portable scanner. As simple to use as our other digitizers, the VIVID 900 captures 307,200 3-d data points in 2.5 seconds. The new VIVID 900 is capable of digitizing various volumes in a single scan through the use of included, interchangeable lenses. The VIVID family supports Windows NT 4.0 computer platforms with data export capabilities to a wide range of applications and industries including 3-D animation, rapid prototyping, CAD, CAE, CAM, industrial design, reverse engineering , 3-D software and internet development, medical science, architecture, archeology, restoration, museum archiving, research and education.

    SIGGRAPH 2001

Minolta Corporation is featuring its complete family of 3D Color Digitizers. The scanners capture both 3D surface geometry and color texture data.

    SIGGRAPH 2000

Minolta Corporation is exhibiting the Minolta 3D1500 and Dimage RD3000 digital cameras, and Vivid 700 3D scanner. We are also intro- ducing two new film scanners: Dimage Scan Multi II and Dimage Scan Dual II.

    SIGGRAPH 1999

Introducing a new concept in noncontact 3D scanners – the VIVID 700. Using an eight-step zoom lens and a laser light source, this highspeed, portable, color digitizing system scans objects and outputs 3D polygonal geometry plus color image files.

    SIGGRAPH 1998

Minolta’s Vivid Tools is a new concept in non-contact 3D scanners. Using an eight-step zoom lens and a laser light source, this high-speed, portable, color digitizing system converts objects into 3D coordinate data ideal for computer graphics, animation and 3D games.

    SIGGRAPH 1997

Minolta Corporation is displaying its VIVID 700, three-dimensional noncontact digitizing camera. With zoom and auto functions, the portable, highspeed VIVID 700 allows you to capture 3D digital data on a PC. Also on display: Minolta’s RD-175 camera, CA-100 CRT Color Analyzer, Quickscan 35mm film scanner, the Monitor Color Calibrator. Also instruments to measure, match, and formulate color.

    SIGGRAPH 1996

Minolta Corporation introduces its VIVID 700, 3D non-contact digitizing camera. With zoom and auto focus functions, the portable, high speed VIVID 700 allows you to capture 3D digital data on a PC. Also on display: Minolta’s RD-175 digital camera, color copier/printer,and 35mm film scanner, plus instruments to measure, match, and formulate color.

    SIGGRAPH 1993

Minolta, a leader in color measurement and instrumentation, displays its CRT Color Analyzers and Convergence Meters. The CRT Color Analyzers adjust white balance in color monitors and LCD Panels, ensuring uniformity in all colors on monitors. Minolta’s Convergence Meters simultaneously measure red, green, and blue signals of monitors (computers and TV) to minimize individual drift.

    SIGGRAPH 1992

Minolta is a manufacturer of CRT color analyzers and convergence meters as well as other color and light measuring instrumentation.

    SIGGRAPH 1991

Minolta displays CRT Color Analyzer, LCD Color Analyzer, Convergence Meter, photometers, colorimeters, and instrumentation to measure light and color.

    SIGGRAPH 1990

Minolta Corporation introduces a new CRT color analyzer that enables objective white balance adjustment of any CRT. The new CA-100 can take quick and accurate measurement of any CRT regardless of phosphor characteristics. The new CA-100 displays chromaticity coordinates (x,y), luminance and correlated color temperature.

    SIGGRAPH 1989

Minolta exhibits light and color measuring instrumentation as well as the TV color analyzer.

    SIGGRAPH 1988

Minolta Corporation will demonstrate its TV Color Analyzer used to objectively set the color balance on color CRT’s. Also, they will demonstrate their various light and color measuring instruments.

    SIGGRAPH 1987

Minolta will be demonstrating the complete line of photometry and colorimetry test instrumentation including the new CS-100 non-contact portable tristimulus spot colorimeter.

    SIGGRAPH 1986

Minolta will display its TV Color Analyzer II. The instrument is used to objectively set the white balance on a color monitor. In addition, Minolta will display its line of Illuminance, Luminance and Colorimeters.

    SIGGRAPH 1985

Minolta TV Color Analyzer II-To objectively set white balance of a color monitor. Meters to measure Luminance, II luminance and Color Temperature of a light source.

    SIGGRAPH 1984

TV Color Analyzer II to adjust white balance in CRT/ Monitor.
