Robert P. Cogan is a partner in the San Diego office of Nath Law Group, a Washington, D.C. area intellectual property firm. He is a legal advisor to high tech, industrial and financial businesses, media creators, universities, artists and entrepreneurs. His work includes transactions and creation and enforcement of IP rights. Technologies include electronics, image processing, software and telecommunications. Mr.. Cogan was previously chief patent counsel at a Fortune 200 technology company. He received a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Cooper Union in New York City, and a law degree from George Washington University.
