H. Rudy Ramsey

H. Rudy Ramsey is a specialist in human factors in computer systems and is an unusual mixture of psychologist and computer scientist. His Ph.D. is in experimental psychology, and he is well Known for his human factors work. He also has considerable experience in computer science research and applications, including the design and implementation of programming languages, translator-writing systems, programming tools and many interactive systems. As a senior researcher at ITT Advanced Technology Center, Ramsey is a principal contributor to ITT’s future programming environment.
