When considering effects in computer-animated films, people often ask: “Isn’t the whole thing an effect?” This panel discussed the definition of effects and their place in production.?
How do effects differ between animated and live-action films? Computer animators and supervisors reviewed the different levels of realism and styles for effects that animated films offer.
