Abstract:

This paper presents research concerning Virtual Reality as an automated stress-reduction therapy tool. Relatively minimally invasive biomedical sensors (dry frontal EEG, GSR, and induced eye movement tracers) enhanced the application to continuously monitor users’ activities. Before and after the session, participants filled out questionnaires about their current stress level.
