    SIGGRAPH 1993

    Raytheon is displaying their line of hardcopy printers/recorders. These units print up to 256 grey levels and are available in free-fall, flatbed, and fanfold models. Print sizes are 8.5″, 12″, and 20″ units and they print on paper, plastic, and transparency mediums.

    SIGGRAPH 1992

    On display is a broad line of thermal hard copy data recorders, featuring up to 256 grey levels, up to 300 dots per inch, and available in three different versions: “freefall,” “flatbed,” and “fanfold.” Applications include CRT hard copy, spectrum analysis, facsimile transmission, medical electronics, and surveillance.

    SIGGRAPH 1991

    Raytheon TDU Thermal Display Units record full tonal images, or then can display data in graphic or alphanumeric form. Applications for “free fall” and “flatbed” TDU recorders include surveillance, spectrum analysis, computer-generated data output display and control, sonar and radar recordings, facsimile transmission, etc. They print on paper, transparency, and plastic.

    SIGGRAPH 1990

    TDU Thermal Display Unit hard copy recorders in free-fall and flat-bed configurations are demonstrated. These recorders display true grey shades at high speeds and, with high resolution, produce recordings of near-photographic quality. The division also exhibits various standard electronic modules.
