Joining the 1280×1024 family of AT bus and Micro Channel Bus compatible products (T8,V8, and T8/2), Microfield introduces: V8V (V8 with VGA daughter card to provide full register level VGA performance) and V8/2 (four times faster than T8/2). Imagraph Corp., Microfield’s subsidiary company, displays imaging and graphics display controllers, personality modules, and frame grabbers.

Microfield Graphics displays high-resolution color graphics controllers for IBM AT, PS/2 and buscompatible machines, including the ultra high-performance VS Color Graphics Controller, the TS Color Graphics Controller, and the T8/2 Color Graphics Controller-with Microsoft Windows/386, X Window 11.3 and CCI Libraries software.

SIGGRAPH 1989

Microfield, an industry leader in high-resolution, high- performance color graphics controllers for IBM PC/AT, IBM Personal System/2, and BUS-compatible machines, is displaying its ultra-high-performance V8 Color Graphics Controller and its T8/2 Color Graphics Controller. The software that will be used is MS-Window/386, X-Window 11.3, and Microfield Graphics CGI Libraries.

SIGGRAPH 1988

Microfield Graphics will be displaying its T8 Color Graphics Controller for IBM AT’s and compatibles, and the newly introduced T8/2 Color Graphics Controller for the IBM PS/2. Both products support 4 and 8-bit pixels at a resolution of 1280 x 1024. The T8/2 provides VGA compatibility, while the T8 provides CGA or EGA emulation, all on a single screen.

Microfield Graphics, Inc. produces high-resolution color graphics controllers for the IBM PC/AT, PC/ RT and bus compatible machines. All graphics controllers are single board, offer a variety of resolutions and plane depths, CGA or EGA emulation, full programmability and an ANSICGI graphics interface.

SIGGRAPH 1986

Microfield Graphics designs and manufactures high-resolution, high-performance graphics processors for OEM use in the IBM PC AT, PC RT and compatible machines. These graphics processors are used to drive displays in CAD/CAM, computer- aided engineering, mapping and other graphicsintensive applications.
