Mina Shibasaki is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Art at Tokyo Metropolitan University. Her research focuses on interaction design using haptic technology, particularly for children and people with disabilities. She developed a haptic cushion for storytelling and is interested in using haptic technology to foster connections among these groups.
