Title:

    LimpiDual touch: interactive limpid display with dual-sided touch sensing

Presenter(s)/Author(s):

Abstract:

    In this paper, we present a novel interactive display named LimpiDual Touch, which enables direct-touch input from both sides of an optically limpid display. Direct-touch input enables intuitive operation and offers good pointing performance. To enable interaction easily, touch panels have been mounted on various devices, as represented by the Apple iPhone. However, finger occlusion becomes one of the problems when a user touches the display from the front side.
