Abstract:
We introduce Complex Wrinkle Fields, a novel method for representing intricate wrinkles on coarse meshes, enabling interpolation, visualization as displacements on Loop-subdivided refinements, and smooth local edits. These algorithms make it possible for creating and editing animations with smooth evolution, capturing singularities, complex interactions, and finer frequencies than surface resolution.
