A new regional network is connecting K-12 schools, colleges, and universities in Monterey and Santa Cruz counties adjacent to the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. The network provides researchers, educators, and students full Internet access and free tools for text, hyper-text, multimedia, audio, and video. The network is using this connectivity to participate in SIGGRAPH 95.
