TREE STORM is a one-of-a-kind plugin for 3DS-MAX2 offering realistic trees that shimmer on a light breeze or bend under stormy winds. Also presented are Windows NT/95 and Power Mac versions of TREE PROFESSIONAL 4.0 bundled with TREE libraries with over 270 already-modeled trees, palms, and bushes.

Onyx Computing is exhibiting a just- released Windows NT/95 version of the world-class creator and modeler: Tree Professional 4.0. Major features include new parametric algorithms for realistic trunk shapes and bonsai curving, new leaf structures for application of real leaves, chain saw pruning, etc. Bundled with Tree Professional, Tree Painter, Tree Eias, and Storm are the libraries of over 270 already modeled, biologically accurate, broadleaf and conifer trees, palms and bushes, and fantastic trees, ready to be exported or modified.

Onyx Computing features a new 3.0 version of TREE PROFESSIONAL, a dedicated tree modeler that gives you complete control over resolution and detail of tree models and exports 3D DXF files with full geometry and color. Libraries of over 160 already-modeled trees, palms, and bushes are included; TREE provides the highest degree of interactivity and ease of use. Presented for the first time is TREE Plugin for Electric Image, which allows EIAS to read the TREE’S parametric files directly.

Onyx Computing is exhibiting a new version of Tree Professional. The program generates broadleaf and conifer trees, and palms. Innovative color mixing techniques allow the user to depict the subtleties of color change on branches and leaves. New 3D modeling routines enable the creation of photorealistic trees with a significantly smaller number of polygons. Exports 3D DXF and PICT files.
