    Focus Graphics is a leader in full-color output technology. The ImageCorder line of film recorders is used extensively throughout the scientific visualization, animation, medical, and desktop publishing markets. The IS-2000 digital interface and ImageMaster software provide the product line with high-resolution recording, extensive file format compatibility, image processing, and networking.

    SIGGRAPH 1986

    Focus Graphics is introducing the IMAGE- CORDER 4500 series of display driven computer image film recorders designed to offer a resolution of 1280 x 1024, 60 Hz non-interlaced. The recorder is microprocessor controlled, and has camera back options for 35 mm, 4×5 prints, 8 x 10 prints and Polaroid Autofilm. It is designed to interface with high-end CAD/CAM and image processing systems.

    SIGGRAPH 1985

    Focus will feature its VIDEOSLIDE35 series of film recorders offering quick and low cost 35mm slide generation from personal computers. The products accept RS-170, NTSC, TTL and RS-243 video input. New products include: IBM enhanced monitor interface; IBM professional series monitor interface; and high performance graphics controller for 1280 x 800 resolution from IBM PC and AT.
