Abstract:
To tackle to the wide variety of effects in “Edge of Tomorrow”, Sony Pictures Imageworks integrated a finite-element solution into an existing non-linear platform, which enabled solutions to common scalability issues with FEA and expanded usage to include multiple solvers.
