SIGGRAPH 2025
Micah’s career as a professional artist began in 2000, working on such films as Narnia, Ring 2, Charlotte’s Web and all 5 of LAIKA’s stop motion animated films to date including Coraline and ParaNorman and the in-production Wildwood. All 5 of LAIKA’s films were nominated for the Academy Award® for Outstanding Animated Feature and have earned many other high honors. Micah enjoys wearing many hats and has worked in pipeline, lighting, surfacing and most recently as a houdini groom lead, spearheading many of the unique challenges in bringing the complex and varied creatures of Wildwood to life.
