Currently leading the Innovation department at Metaphysic, Matteo Olivieri-Dancey has spent over a decade working at the forefront of Visual Effects. As a Compositor at Industrial Light & Magic, he contributed to award-winning films, including Star Wars, Jurassic World, and The Avengers franchises. Drawing on his industry experience and academic background in visual technologies, he developed AI-driven tools and pipelines for ABBA Voyage, Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, and Alien: Romulus. At Metaphysic, he leads a team of technical and visual experts, pushing the boundaries of photoreal generative models and emerging AI-driven innovations.
