Bio
SIGGRAPH 2025
Maria Lee was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to United States when she was eleven years old. Currently she works as a Shading Art Director at Pixar Animation Studios. She had contributed on numerous films including Ratatouille, Up, Coco, Toy Stories 3 & 4, Finding Dory, Luca and Elio. She received a MFA in Computer Arts at Academy of Arts University in San Francisco, and a BFA in Illustration at New York’s School of Visual Arts. Maria loves to teach and always tries to find time to further her studies in oil paintings.
