Jacob Rice has been working in commercial animation and effects animation for more than 10 years. He began as a motion graphics artist in 2014, working on advertisements for a wide range of companies, including Apple, Google, Marvel, Uniqlo and many more. After joining the Walt Disney Animation Studio in 2019, Rice has worked on an assortment of films in various effects-related roles, winning a VES Award for his work on “Raya and the Last Dragon”. Most recently, Rice had the opportunity to work as a Lead Effects Animator on Disney’s “Moana 2”.
