Abstract:
You Can Grow Here is an immersive virtual reality experience that combines theatrical storytelling, improvisational design methods, and evidence-based wellness techniques to guide users through emotional regulation and anxiety relief—successfully exhibited in UIC’s CAVE2 and aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal of Good Health and Well-Being.
