Presenter(s)/Author(s):

Abstract:

    The “Tactile cloud Landscape,” which simulates a natural landscape, is a tactile artwork that interactively expresses images and movement of clouds. Images and tactile sensations incorporating the soft movement of clouds interact simultaneously to create a tactile display that reacts to human contact. This unit could potentially be used as a universal display for the disabled, and for various other forms of global communications.
