Abstract:
We introduce FlexiCubes, an isosurface representation for optimizing unknown meshes with respect to geometric, visual, or physical objectives. The carefully chosen parameters in FlexiCubes allow local flexible adjustments to the extracted mesh geometry and connectivity. Extensive experiments validate FlexiCubes significantly improves the mesh quality and geometric fidelity in real-world applications.
