The SAS System—an integrated suite of software products for enterprise-wide information delivery—provides organizations with tools to access, manage, analyze, and present data within an applications development environment.

    SIGGRAPH 1989

NeoVisual software is a broadcast-quality, 3D geometric modeling, graphics, and animation package. It integrates modeling, rendering, and animation into a single, powerful menu-driven package. The software was acquired in 1988 by SAS Institute from Toronto-based Neo-Visuals Inc.

    SIGGRAPH 1985

SAS/GRAPH® software includes ready-to-use procedures for vertical and horizontal bar charts, pie, star and block charts; a variety of plots; choropleth, surface, prism and block maps; text for slides; and three-dimensional displays. Recent enhancements to SAS/ GRAPH include multiple graphs on the same screen and customized graphics.

    SIGGRAPH 1983

SAS Institute will exhibit SAS/GRAPH, device-intelligent color graphics software. Procedures are available for: plotting: displaying bar, pie, star, and block charts; projecting statistical data to choropleth, surface, prism, and block maps; making slides; and replaying stored results for management presentations. SAS/GRAPH users must have SAS; SAS runs under OS, VM/CMS, DOS/VSE, SSX, TSO, and ICCF on IBM 370/30xx/43xx and compatible machines; on Data General Corp.’s ECLIPSE MV series under AOS/VS; on Digital Equipment Corp.’s VAX 11/7xx series under VMS; and on Prime Computer, Inc.’s 50 series under PRIMOS.
