    SIGGRAPH 1997

    Hitachi America Ltd., is demonstrating SPHERIX, a high-performance 3D graphics subsystem designed to accelerate and enhance Windows NT workstations. SPHERIX supports the OpenGL interface and delivers real-time 3D hardware processing, which is comparable to the more expensive UNIX based workstations. SPHERIX features tri-linear texture filtering, anti-alias polygons, hardware display list, virtual texture memory, fog, and alpha blending.

    Hitachi America will highlight a large selection of 15″ and 19″ monitors featuring state-of-the-art color resolution, a complete line of digitizer tablets in a variety of sizes and a PC CAD based software package which provides all the features of a large system.

    SIGGRAPH 1986

    Hitachi will display a full range of color monitors including a new 19″, 1600 x 1280 pixel, and new 15″ and 25″ models, both 1280 x 1024 pixel. Also, a variety of digitizer tablets including the new Tiger Tablet II PLUS an updated version of this tablet with CMOS and lower power consumption. Hitachi also will display GM-1000, software that turns an inexpensive IBM PC XT or PC AT personal computer into a full-blown CAD system.

    SIGGRAPH 1985

    A full range of high resolution RGB color monitors including 14″, 19″ and 26″ displays and 400 lines per inch color thermal printer will be featured. The HDH-111 B digitizer that allows interactive graphics, data entry and menu selection to be performed will also be displayed.

    SIGGRAPH 1984

    Our HM-4619 is a high resolution RGB color monitor featuring 1280 x 1024 pixel resolution at 60 Hz non-interlace conditions. The HM- 3719 features 1024 x 1024 pixel resolution in a compact, modular package with flexible, OEM design. Hitachi RGB monitors are used where high performance color presentations are required such as CAD/ CAM/ CAE, process control and general computer graphics applications .

    SIGGRAPH 1983

    Hitachi will show a full line of high resolution RGB color monitors and introduce the new HM-4619. The HM-4619 represents the state-of-the-art in high resolution color monitor technology. This model includes 0.2 mm dot pitch and 1280 X 1024 resolution at 60 Hz refresh rates (non-interlaced). Hitachi will also exhibit the HM-3619A, which includes Digital Dynamic Convergence® .
